Oxford Quantum Club

Accessibility statement

Accessibility statement

This statement covers the Quantum Club account pages.

Draft. Complete the testing described below and fill in the dates before publishing. A statement is required for public sector websites, and it has to describe what has actually been tested.

How accessible this site is

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The account pages use plain HTML forms, work without JavaScript apart from the live name check, keep text at a readable size when zoomed to 200%, and show a visible outline on whatever you have selected with the keyboard. Role is shown with a label as well as a colour, so it does not depend on colour vision.

The chat itself is Zulip, which publishes its own accessibility information.

Known gaps

To be completed after testing with a screen reader and keyboard-only navigation.

Telling us about problems

If something here is difficult to use, email the Convener at Alex.Lvovsky@physics.ox.ac.uk and we will fix it.

Enforcement

If you are unhappy with our response, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which handles complaints under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
